We accept cash, money orders, and cashiers checks. We do not accept personal checks or electronic payments.
We require a minimum lease of one year.

Monthly income required is three times the amount of rent payment.
No, we do not require an application fee.
All of our units include stove and refrigerators. Most include washer/dryer hookups.
